Dear Steve of Pet Empire:

Here is my win photo of my Borzoi Ch. Docteur Jivago du Grand Fresnoy, better known as Grayer, which you asked me to send to you.  His Group First that day at Brantford made him the top Borzoi in Canada for 2009 at only eighteen months old.  You mentioned sending the photo to Chris himself so I thought I would send it to you first to see whether you still wish me to do that.  I also want to thank you for all the grooming tips and for introducing me to the Chris Christensen products.  I am so impressed with them and I find that the more I use them, the better Grayer's coat looks.  His breeder in France is also amazed at how luxurious and shiny his coat is.  Several people can't believe he is as young as he is because he seems to have the coat of a much more mature borzoi.  I'm tempted to start using the products on my own hair.  Thanks again for your patience in demonstrating the products for me and giving me so many pointers.  I'm sure I will see you at the various shows this year.  Meanwhile, I wish you a very happy New Year and all the best for 2010.

I had a funny thing happen recently and wanted to share with you. I have 10 purebred chickens.  I keep them for pleasure and for the yummy eggs they lay.  I recently attended a "chicken swap."  The swap advertised that there would be a chicken grooming seminar.  Of course, I HAD to attend a chicken grooming class!!!  The class a surprise.  It was given by a young lady, 12 or 13 years old.  She was at that awkward age, and had a fairly significant speech impediment.  Yet, this young lady had more confidence than any 12 adults put together.  I was wowed.  This young lady shows her chickens at fairs and shows around the state.  She described in detail how she bathes the chickens, trims their beaks and nails, rubs sweet oil into their combs and wattles.  I asked what the best shampoo for chickens was.  Her answer tickled me...it was swift and without hesitation.  "White on White" is the BEST shampoo for chickens."  So, you obviously have an untapped potential market here!  You need to be pushing the White on White to the chicken showing world!  Hope this finds you both well and happy.

On advise of a friend, I recently purchased two of the large wooden brushes.  I LOVE them!  So, when I was at the Heart of America shows in Kansas City, Missouri last weekend and saw the smaller one, I just had to have it.  I was telling another customer how much i loved the, when your sales person appeared and told us the story of how the brush was invented, believe me he got a huge hug from me!  With three Briards, I can't use a brush that is going to damage or break coat.  These are just the BEST brushes for harsh coat - no snagging, no breaking - just wonderful.  Your salesperson was also kind enough to give me some grooming tips and his "recipe" for using Ice on Ice with a little Day to Day Conditioner mixed in it.  I definitely feel that it was money well spent!

Just wanted to say I got my shipment of combs yesterday!  Thank you for sending them quickly!  I opened up the box and started grooming my Persians, I really like how light they are in my hand, my other combs felt much more heavier, and my new combs do glide through the coat with much more ease, just like other cat fanciers said they do....much better than my older and yes, less expensive combs I lost, LOL.  I am glad I made this purchase!

As you know I am a BIG fan of your products.  My Standard Poodle has had nothing else and at 15 months has a huge coat, 14 points (looking for the last major...there hasn't been one anyplace!) and a first time Standard owner.  We got through the dread coat change with Ice on Ice and a collection of awesome brushes with no damage...thanks to you.  The one problem we have had is a very bad left ear.  I think I've spent close to $1000 at various vets and specialist trying to clear it up and it just comes right back.  While at the last Portland Oregon shows, I stopped by The 3-C's (they had a great display of your products, but we missed seeing you guys) to stock up and bought a bottle of Peace & Kindness spray.  There were so many comments about the broad application of this product that I wanted to give it a try.  I used it for 10 days and its clear!  I mean really clear.  No discharge, no smell, no head shaking, no squeak when I handle his ear.  What do you put in that stuff?  Its magic!  I will continue to use it for his weekly cleaning along with Mystic Ear Cleaner and it's now a permanent part of the grooming case.  Did I mention that is also sooths clipper burn on the spot (he also has a very tender skin and I always seem to nick his feet at least once).  Once again, you have the best products ever and the only ones I will ever use.  I'll send you a picture when we finish!

I have a very heavy coated Bench Eng. Setter.  I have used your Boar Bristle Brush, Silk Spirits, After Bath and Ice on Ice.  Two things I "cant's live without" are the brush and Silk Spirits!  My setter gets matted very easily.  I rub Silk Spirits between my finger and her hair, and take a comb and the mat just slips away.  Great product.

I have mentioned in several emails how wonderful your products are with therapy dogs that have to be bathed before hospital visits and kept clean for other visits in between.  Your Ice on Ice has been great and I have told every therapy dog person I know about your products.  I really feel you are missing a customer base by not hitting the therapy dog people who have to keep their dogs cleaner than show dogs.  I am going to try your foaming cleaner for in between cleaning.  I also had to tell you how great your Miracle Air is for us therapy dog people.  We are not suppose to put any "fragrance" on our dogs before they work BUT they can't smell "doggie" either.  Hands must come away smelling good.  I have been using your Miracle Air before I go into the hospital and it is wonderful with my dog smelling fresh but not strong!  Your product also saved me on one hospital visit.  As I am exercising my dog before we go in he decided to have a nice stool that cleans out his anal glands, which I thought I had clean!  Well his skirts, soaked in Ice on Ice, looked clean but oh my the smell.  I cleaned him off with some cleaner cloths I had in the car but there was no mistaking the odor when he wagged his tail.  I figured my choices were to go home and not visit or saturate his back end with Miracle Air.  I am thrilled to tell you that the Miracle Air eliminated ALL of that horrible anal gland smell and it didn't just cover it up to come back later, it got rid of it!!!  Your product made many hospital patients, children and adults very happy that day and they didn't even know it.  Needless to say I have ordered more and will rave with my therapy dog friends about it as much as the Ice on Ice.  Thank you for a great product!!

Thanks for your wonderful products...I was fortunate enough to talk to Eric at the Atlanta show earlier this year about some coat "issues" I was having with my Toy Fox Terrier bitch.  Very thin hair on her feet, and rough hair in her neck area.  Eric helped me tremendously, recommending Peace & Kindness for her feet and other products to get her coat under control.  After using the products for several weeks already was seeing a difference...attached is the photo of her finishing her championship.  The judge commented he had not seen such a beautiful coat on a TFT!

I am a great believer in the old adage "it's a poor craftsmen who blames his tools".  I am also a firm believer in using equipment and shampoos that will make my job easier and the results better.  I was first introduced to Chris and his products many years ago.  The first product that I used was his whitening shampoo.  It was apparent that to all of us that there was no product to compare to it.  Then I sampled one of his pin brushes.  My reaction was to throw out all my old brushes in my tack box and buy three more!!  I am serious when I tell you that this is the same reaction we have had to all of Chris's products.  From shampoos and conditioners to blow dryers, from stripping knives to thinning shears to brushes and combs.  I am not the hardest "sell" in my organization.  Anyone who knows my daughter, Jenny, KNOWS we refer to her as the "queen of products".  She is our biggest fan of Chris's products.  If you where to ask me why his products are superior, I can sum it up easily.  Chris is a perfectionist.  He is innovative and he listens to his customers.  His products are always the top of the line.  If you have any suggestions, he and Eric are always willing to listen.  How refreshing is that!!!!!!

Some time back we had a conversation about the product Day to Day Moisturizing Shampoo having a layer at the bottom of the bottle.  The poster said she had a heck of a time remixing the bottle.  I think I remember posting that I got a letter from you explaining that this was the colloidal oatmeal settling to the bottom of the bottle.  Well, I am trying out this product in my shop and sure enough, there was a darker section at the bottom of the bottle.  Not exactly a product "separation" because there was no clear line of separation like you get when the emulsification system breaks down (product then looks like a layered desert, except yuky).  What I did, instead of trying to shake the bottle with my poor old tired arthritic hands, I simply set it upside down in a bucket overnight.  Voila!  Next morning - no sign of unmixed oatmeal at the bottom.  None, Zero.  I might have to do it again before I use up the gallon.  I'm sure that shaking the bottle would be great exercise, but I was delighted to find a easier way.  So far, I really like the product.  And the accompanying conditioner, the Day to Day, is truly fabulous with a wonderful fragrance.  I  want maximum conditioning, just like the CC After Bath has become indispensable for coats where I don't want to soften the texture.

I write to you from India, - got my sister in Singapore to get me your products for my Tibetan Terrier (Bundhu) I use Clean Start, Thick N Thicker, Ice on Ice and of course Gold on Gold and White on White.  These are quite amazing.  He plays happily and comes back with the dreaded word MATS!  But, Ice on Ice really helps.  The Pointer, and Foxhounds are also bathed with White on White and Gold on Gold before a show and they look mighty good.  Also use your pocket pin brush, the difference is very evident especially after trying out various other brushes.  The other brushes I am waiting to visit my Sis and have the pleasure of buying it myself.  Keep the good work going and start distributing here to make things easier for me!

About a month ago I stumbled upon your website by accident (it was a good accident) and was very impressed by how well your products read that I had to order some (Ice on Ice, Show Off, Day to Day Shampoo, Fusion Brush, Boar Brush, Buttercombs, the Zone and Termite Shears).  My sheltie of almost 17 years passed on in February of this year and I now have a sheltie pup, that is 9 months old.  Billy did have and Chance will have a gorgeous coat of hair and I am so very pleased to have found such a good selection of grooming products and tools.  There is absolutely no comparison between the pet store products and tools and yours.  The brushes, combs and of course the Ice on Ice are the greatest!!!  The brushes and combs literally glide right through a fairly course coat of hair.  The Ice on Ice is going to be great as Chance gets his adult coat.  It allows for easy brushing without changing the texture of the sheltie hair.  It is everything you said it is!!  For the sheltie, it is great to work into the areas behind the ears, armpits and around the collar to prevent matting.  For the little bit of trimming of the feet and ears to keep the sheltie tidy, the termite and zone are wonderful.  I can't believe how smoothly and easily they cut - so unlike most shears that saw the hair.  Although I have only one dog, I will certainly pass on your name to anyone looking for excellent grooming products and tools.  Lastly, I want to mention how great your customer service department is.  Being a new customer and not familiar with the products - being I had only the information I read on the website, of course I had some questions.  When I was ready to order,  the customer service person that I spoke with had all the time and knowledge needed so that I was sure I was getting the right products and tools for my sheltie.  Again, my compliments for a great line and for having such good customer service available for your customers.  It was like talking to a friend over the phone while placing the order.  I usually don't take time to write about products, but I am just so pleased to have found the Chris Christensen line that I had to let you know.

Oh...I SO splurged at Hershey.  I didn't need scissors.  I have lots of them.  But...I stopped at the Chris Christensen booth just to check out the scissors, I've heard so much about them.  And, DANG they felt good.  Like, REALLY good.  Like, "Oh I gotta HAVE these," good.  So, in a moment of weakness I bought a set of 10 inch straight shears.  After I got them I kicked myself hard, for days.  WHY did I spend money on scissors?  I could of spent that money on...oh, LOTS of things, like my kids college tuition!  Then, today...I got them out of their pretty box and scissored a Bichon.  I could hear choirs of angels singing and could see rockets going off.  THESE are some NICE scissors.  They have a bit of "spring" to them.  And they are light.  And they cut like  DREAM.  WOW.  At under $200.00 these scissors are (as they say in Main) "some nice!"

I LOVE the CC shears.  I have three, the 8 1/2" Filipino style straight, 8 1/2" curved and the 8 1/2" short shank.  I need to get the 10" ones.  The first time I used them to cut in cocker bevels I almost cried.  I have never had a pair of shears that cuts through cocker hair like butter, but these do!  Plus, they have a lifetime free sharpening, how can you beat that?

My husband is the Chief Deputy of the Sheriff's Dept here, and he and one of his sergeants had to make a boat ride up the Mississippi River for over 20 miles.  Needless to say, both men were TERRIBLY sunburned.  The Captain has very fair skin and red hair, and due to his having been in contact with Agent Orange in Vietnam, he has been treated many years ago for skin cancers.  When he came home, I IMMEDIATELY began spraying all the sunburned skin with Peace and Kindness, and each and every time the spray would dry, I'd re-apply it.  By the next morning, his terrible sunburn was only a minor discomfort!  When he got to the Law Enforcement Complex, his sergeant, who has an olive complexion, was in a REAL mess!  Since he had no Peace and Kindness spray, he looked like a lobster!  He asked the Captain what he used that made SUCH a dramatic difference, and my husband said, "Linda used some kind of spray... I think it's called Peaches and Cream!"  He STILL calls it that, and after hearing all that we've used this "miracle spray" for many of the staff members have ordered their own PEACHES AND CREAM!  This stuff really works....no matter WHAT you call it!  Keep up the good work!!!!

I had to use your products on each dog and try out different scenarios before deciding how much of everything I needed to keep on hand.  I have 9 Brittanys onsite and this stuff is just great!!!!!  We have this horrible clay soil that stains their coats and since we field trial a lot, it makes it hard for us to stay competitive in the shows, when we can't get the coats as white as they should be.  I love that none of the products cause any allergic reactions on my oversensitive skin, even after bathing and soaking in the product.  Plus....my dogs now have no flaking skin in the days following their baths.  I'm sold on the line and will recommend it to others.

I just had to tell you that I have always bought your Black On Black shampoo.  But I bought your Thick N Thicker Volumizing Protein for the first time for my little GSD girl cause she has no hair!  Well, not only did this product make her look thick and full but she held a groom for 4 days!!!  I was so impressed that I just bought a gallon!  Well, sense I loved the Thick N Thicker Protein I also tried your Clean Start and your White on White shampoo because I got a Great Pyrenees sent to me to show.  Well, this dog is 1 1/2 and she has been kept in the back yard to run and play in the MUD!  This suppose to be a white dog was brown!  And I do mean BROWN!  Well, anyways to make a long story short I just groomed her in the Clean Start then the White on White and she is WHITE!!!!  I love it so, so now I bought a gallon of both!  I now will only use the CCS Shampoos not only on my own dogs but my clients as well.

We purchased your ZONE - Trimming Shear, Blunted & Fillistered 5.5" Shear in Ocala, FL at the Gainesville show last Sunday, January 26, 2008.  We also got two Gold Series 20mm and 27mm brushes and a silver 20mm pocket/toy brush, the 7.5" inch skip tooth comb and a snap-on handle, and the Mark X tiny head slicker.  The vendor also gave us a sample White on White Kit.  If  your grooming products works as well as your brushes/combs/shears, I'm sure we will be using full-size products shortly.  We have two Bearded Collies and plan to add a couple more, so your tools are fabulous!  And tonight we are ordering a Mark V triangle slicker, having used another Beardie couple's Mark V on one of their dogs and being highly impressed.  We are so impressed.  I'd say your tools will cut 75% off our grooming time.  Thanks for being out there!  If the vendor had not let us take a brush to a Beardie and test it, I would not believe how effective your brushes are.  And another Beardie friend was adding to her set of Christensen brushes and swore by your products.  People who don't have long-haired, double-coated dogs could never understand Beardie peoples' excitement at finding tools that work so well and save so much time.

I just wanted to tell everyone how thrilled I am with my Kool Dry Dryer purchase.  I've been pursuing dryers for at least a year, and they're basically all around the same price (all the good ones, anyway).  But, my first bred-by (Chappie) has a "thing" about having high-force air blown around his face/ears.  There's a lot of hair to be dried behind the ears and neck of a sheltie.  For the most part, Chappie is afraid of nothing - but this was one thing he did not like.  When I first saw your dryer exhibited at a dog show and noticed that the air flow could actually be dialed down, like a dimmer switch, rather than simply controlled in two speeds, I realized that this was the solution.  Now, I can blow-dry Chappie to perfection, including the hair behind his ears and around his face.  Admittedly, it takes a little longer at the low speed, but it's worth not stressing him out.  He's only 10 months old right now, but already has a point towards his championship.  I'm looking forward to showing him at our Nationals in April, especially now that I can take my dryer and fluff him up without stressing him out!

Hi everyone, I have some news I think you will like.... For those of you that just received your Chris Christensen 2009 catalogue..."The Best of the Best"...check out page 27.  See the NTS Staggered Tooth Buttercomb on the top of the page.  I highly recommend it.  I've used it to remove burrs, and outdoor junk from the coat, and have salvaged felted coats that otherwise would of been shaved.  It's a must for rescue!!

I just had to tell you that i have always bought your Black on Black Shampoo.  But I bought you Thick N Thicker Volume Response Foaming Protein for the first time for my little GSD girl cause she has no hair!  Well, not only did this make her look thick and full but she held a groom for 4 days!!!  After the show!!!  I was so impressed that I just bought a gallon!  Well, sense I loved the Thick N Thicker I also tried you Clean Start and your White on White shampoo because I got a Great Pyrenees sent to me to show.  Well, this dog is 1 1/2 years old and she has been kept just in the back yard to run and play in the MUD!  This is supposed to be a white dog and it was brown!  And, I do mean BROWN!  Well, anyways to make a long story short I just groomed her in the Clean Start and the White on White and she is WHITE!!!!!  I loved both of them so much I bought gallons of both!  I now will only use the CCS Shampoos not only on my own dogs but my clients.

I rarely take the time to write a company about their product.  But, I am so happy with your products I just have to let you know.  I have a Goldendoodle.  His coat is the color and length of a Golden Retriever yet with the tight curls of a Poodle.  We live in Colorado where the air is dry and full of static and the hiking trails are full of sticks and burrs.  You can imagine how messy his coat can get!  The best brush ever for getting through all that fuzz is your 27mm T-Brush.  We use the Day to Day Shampoo and Conditioner, and your Silk Spirits, liquid Silk Protein.  My gosh, that Silk Spirits really makes such a difference!  His coat feels so smooth and soft.  Thank you, really....Thank you!

Incredible Product

I had to write to tell you how thrilled I am with your Peace and Kindness Spray.  One of our Shelties, Annie Laurie, was spayed two weeks ago using laser surgery.  Unfortunately, her incision began to reopen.  Our vet recommended we crate her for a full week, and if there was no improvement she would have to be re-sutured.  We started using Peace and Kindness twice a day, and in 48 hours the seeping portion was closed.  Tow days later the incision appeared virtually healed.  Why we didn't use it immediately after surgery is beyond me!  Thank you for this fine product - it works better than advertised.  We'll never be without it.

Just wanted you to know how much I love your new shears - the 7" straight & curved and the 7" blending/thinning shear.  The way you coated the finger grips rather than using rubber comforts is a great improvement too.  I have already used all of them on my show Westies.  The 7" blender, because of its longer stroke does not leave tracks when used along the neck or chest - WOW!  I also had to have your new detangle comb - staggered tooth, it is very substantial to hold and work with, but better to be able to successfully work out a knot rather than cutting it out and thus loosing coat.  Finally, thank you for the BB Tail Teasing comb also, I am forever in your debt for making my dreams reality.

Just wanted to let you know I have been in desperate need of a comb or brush for my 1 briard.  Her undercoat is terribly thick, I've shaved her down hoping it would help her blow, so she wouldn't mind being brushed.  Needless to say nothing has worked, until I purchased the Buttercomb-Staggered/Offset Tooth comb...It works great and doesn't get tangled in her hair and the combing time has decreased.  Thanks for the invention.

Great!  Great!  Great!  Peace & Kindness -  What a product....Where has this stuff been all my grooming days.  Hat to admit it sometimes but I have been grooming 35 years.  I started when I was two, lol.  This is the greatest thing.  I have a German Shepherd that I rescued a number of years ago.  He has been seen by a Vet a number of times.  All because he had a staff infection or skin irritation of some kind.  Never could he give ma an answer or a cure!  Pred. followed by two week tour of antibiotics only to be fine for a while then back to the same old thing.....Not this time.  Peace and Kindness has won my vote.  Thank you for such a wonderful product.  I've just ordered another bottle.

I usually don't believe testimonials or think "even though it worked for them, it won't work for me."  I've used the White on White, Day to Day and Ice on Ice for my Maltese and her coat truly has never looked better.  Before it was dry and brittle.  One day I picked her up from the groomer and she looked like a giant powder puff - lots of static and flyaway hair. Although her tearing is down to a minimum now, she still has some staining from previous tearing.  It is actually disappearing!   Her coat is a beautiful white, and it is very silky and beautiful.  I used to be envious when I looked at other Malts and saw those long, silky and luxurious coats.   Now I know Hope is on her way to having a beautiful coat as well.  Thank you for a wonderful line of products.

First of all I would like to say that from all products I have ever tried (believe me I have tried a lot) yours are absolutely the best.  When you have introduced your AFTER BATH I was asking if it is also recommended for long haired dogs.  Now, after using it since more than one year I can let you know that this product is the best ever used for my six long haired Shih Tzu.  I could not imagine how to handle the coat care without AFTER BATH and ICE ON ICE.

I just wanted to say thanks for the Day To Day System Kit.  I got a free one with the purchase of a slicker brush at the Portland show, after I explained to Chris that it was a replacement for one that had been stolen.  I have frequently been not satisfied with different company's shampoos either because of softening coats or lack of cleaning at diluted strengths.  I have always loved and used the CCS brushes, and recommend them to anyone.  I however have not used any of CCS shampoos or grooming products in the past (besides the brushes).  I bathed my specials bitch today with the kit for the first time, and I was really pleasantly surprised!  Not only did it not soften her coat, but it produced a shine down to the root, as well as producing a lot of body, and a really nice smell to her coat.  I will continue to use the products for my own show dogs as well as in my grooming shop.  Thank you again,

I couldn't believe what a difference your White on White and After Bath have made on my Havanese pup!  One of my kennel club friends suggested your products, and I'm so glad I listened.  His show coat improved dramatically after one bath and rinse.   Your After Bath claims to cut drying time substantially.  I don't see how a product could do that, but was surprised how much it really did.  And, the comb out was so much easier.  No more hair breakage for us!  I read some of the testimonials about your brushes and will make it a point to try some of them at our next show.  If they are anywhere near as good as the bath products, I'm sold!!

I am so happy with your products.  Talked with a helpful person there and it was suggested to try the 16mm T-Brush with the wavy handle for my 2 Schipperkes, had previously used a rake which had to use very carefully so as not to pull their hair.   I LOVE THIS T-BRUSH!!!  It totally does the job of removing the dead undercoat and one of them especially has a super thick double coat and they also love it, no pulling at all!  Yippee!  Worth every penny!

I have long been a fan of the Chris Christensen brushes.  I show Shelties and think the pin brushes do a great job on long coat.  I just tried White on White and am Pleased on Pleased.  I live in the foothills of North Carolina where red clay is everywhere.  It turns white legs and roughs bright orange and can stain badly if left.  I love the fact that the White On White restores the white to brilliance, but does not harm the colored coat.  I'm Sold!

Several years ago my sister got me another companies pin brush at a dog show to use on my own thinning hair.  The handle broke (plastic) and the pins constantly needed to be pulled back out.  I also had tried many, many styling products to try to achieve some fullness on my follicle-challenged pate and was getting really tired of strategic placement of each remaining hair.  OH HAPPY DAY! when I was fortunate enough to come across your web site.  I called and asked about your gold pin brushes and was treated with excellent customer service and was given great info about your products.  I purchased a pin brush, the Thick N Thicker Volume Response Foaming Protein and the Super Hold Spray. I just wanted to tell you that I have always used what I thought were good brushes on my Maltese... I'd buy the usual brands at shows... I would push on the pins and if there was a soft cushy response I thought that I was getting a good brush for her!  THEN I tried the tip test!  I couldn't believe how those "good" brushes scratched my arm when I just BARELY touched my arm!  It left white scratch marks!  I can't believe what I've been doing to my poor baby for the past four years!  I immediately ordered one of your gold brushes and went to a beauty supply to purchase a rubber brush that resembled a pin brush to use until yours arrived.   As soon as the gold brush arrived, I did the pin tip test down my arm and couldn't believe it when there were no scratches left behind!  It is amazingly different and the extra pins do an even better job of keeping her free of mats!  Thanks so much for the wonderful brush!  It's worth it's weight in gold!

I was using another manufacturer's conditioner for my dog's coat, but was not sure I was getting the coverage I'd hoped for - so I decided to add some laundry blue to his diluted conditioner, to see exactly where to conditioner was going when I put it on his coat after a bath.  BIG MISTAKE!  Within seconds, I had a different kind of tri-colored Aussie; Black, Copper and BLUE!  AAARGH!  My husband thought it was funny, but I was horrified.   I got out my super degreasing shampoo, but that didn't work - and now, I had another color disaster - you guessed it, Black, Copper and GREEN!  At first my husband suggested we leave my dog this way till St. Patrick's Day was over.  After all, we'd seen other pets be intentionally green for the holiday.....  While my poor Aussie sat bedraggled and oddly colored in our mop sink, I remembered that White on White deposits pigments to block other colors from arring an otherwise snow white coat.  I lathered up the greenest parts first, and then the rest of his coat - and waited with crossed fingers.  After the suggested 10 minutes, I rinsed him off and YIPPEE!!! My dog was a beautiful Black, Copper and Snow White Aussie again!  Needless to say, I'll never repeat the conditioner coverage experiment.  And if anyone wants to de-colorize a pink poodle, I now know what amazing product to suggest.  Thanks so much for the most versatile shampoo on the planet!

I recently ordered a pin brush, a boar bristle brush and the White on White System kit.   Today I used the White on White shampoo, the Thick N Thicker Protein, After Bath and Ice on Ice finishing spray on my two year old Papillon. WOW!!!  Prior to the use of your products, he's never liked being groomed although I have tried to be as gentle as possible.  He would make nasty faces and bite the brush.  After his bath today, your pin brush went through his coat like a hot knife through butter.  I was done in a matter of minutes and he is one happy little Pap.  And, he smells good too.  I am getting ready for my debut in the conformation ring and knowing that I will not have to make my little guy uncomfortable to make him ring worthy will boost my confidence.   Great products.

We have turned may people onto your brushes... we love them (someone else must have thought they look great too... they stole our 20mm pocket brush, we take to the ringside, with our name, me on it in large letters... they still took it).  So, I just ordered another one, plus two of your gold series, thinking they will stand out more and we will be able to keep an eye on them better.  We have Shiloh Shepherds (plush coat), our fur kids love to be brushed with your brushes (my one guy, lays right down when he sees I'm coming to brush him with you T-Brush) the other two love them also.  It seems to make brushing easier, and their coats shinny.  Also, our one fur kid stepped on a bee at a rest stop, besides giving him Benadryl, we put your Peace & Kindness spray on his paw, it seemed to give him some relief, continued it during the evening, then the next day his paw seemed good as new, he was good to go for the how.  Everyone (Shiloh people), that have tried our brushes, have gone home and ordered them, they just love your products.  We will continue to spread the word on your products... they are wonderful!!! I was very happy to see your ad in the AKC Gazette.  I have been using your 35mm pin brush for almost a year and recently purchased a second.  I purchased both at Cherrybrook at dog shows.  Three friends of mine are also using your brushes now.   Whenever anyone asks me about grooming equipment I tell them about the brush.   I just visited your site and will be purchasing some of your grooming products in near future.  I have 10 Pekingese dogs and show and breed on a limited basis.  I was reluctant to purchase your brush the first time because of the price.  I am so happy I did!!!  Its is spectacular.  I can't say enough good things about it.   It's the best brush I have ever used and goes right through the thickest coats.   I had previously used All Systems and several other pin brushes.  The pins would push in after a short time and even worse, the whole rubber base would come out.   It was very frustrating and your "expensive" brush has saved ma a fortune!  All the pins are still out and the base has never detached.  Thank you so much for this great product and I will continue to recommend it to everyone.

Last weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Christensen, designer of the wonderful Chris Christensen brushes that many Zoners use.  I told him about Baron's coat, and that I was thinking about adding a C.C.S Slicker because I was so happy with the pin brush I ordered.  Chris suggested that I try the 16mm T-Brush.  I'm pleased to tell you all that after a week of using it I LOVE IT!  This brush is great - it acts like a combination of a slicker and pin brush to remove the dead hair easily and with little effort on my part.  It works great on Baron's plush coat, and also can be used on Grafin's smooth (but double) Rottie coat.  These brushes are expensive ( my husband has no idea HOW expensive they are!  But, IMO they're worth every penny!

I just had to write and let you know that I have tried you new Volume Response Foaming Protein on my Bernese Mountain Dog Special.  My girlfriend in Michigan who also has a bitch special told me about this new product and while I was at one of the dog shows a few weeks ago I picked up a bottle from Cherrybrook.  My dog at the moment is totally out of coat.  I blew dried the last of the undercoat right out before we went to the shows this weekend.  After using the conditioner he looked gorgeous, but the test was to see what he looked like in the morning as a dog with no undercoat usually looks like an unmade bed the next day.  WOW was I amazed!  My special looked great and I had compliments on his coat while at the shows.  We had three days of shows with huge entries because of a supported entry on Sunday and my special won all three days with competition.  This particular dog is ranked in the top 5 all breed and breed and because we are out almost every weekend he needs to look his best.  After using your product and having three days of shows I am a believer and just finished ordering your 64 oz. size.

Regarding Silk Spirits,

Wow, what a product!  I've always had trouble with dandruff and brittle coat after washing my dog.  I received a sample of Silk Spirits and tried it - now her coat is supple and shiny - no more dandruff, no more brittle coat!  It does leave her coat soft, which doesn't bother me (she's an obedience girl, so a harsh coat doesn't matter) It smells great!

Thank you for such wonderful products.  I couldn't have my Poms in show condition without them.  I tried another line but came back to Chris Christensen!!  I use your brushes, shampoos and conditioner, I LOVE the White on White for my cream Pom.   The new foaming protein conditioner really fluffs up the coat on my dogs.  I just finished my Pom male last Friday, and my bitch puppy had 11 points at just 7 months old, good grooming was a factor.  I just couldn't have done it without you.

I just wanted to give you cudos for making great dog grooming products... White on White, Day To Day, Ice on Ice and Show Off.  I am currently campaigning my two 2 yr. old Bulldogs CJB Mister B-Dozer ("Dozer") and CJB Little Miss Fancy Pants ("Pewny") and they both have a significant amount of white on them... in fact, Dozer is 99% all white.  I have tried all the other "whitening" shampoos (Ring-5, Biogroom, Winners Circle, etc.) and none of them stand up to White On White!   I always get complimented at shows on the condition and clean color of my Bulldogs.   And I owe most of it to your excellent products.

Hi Folks,

I wanted to write and tell you about the brushes I bought from you.  Jhonen has always hated to be brushed and I have tried every type in an effort to find one that he'd tolerate.  We own many different slickers, pin brushes, natural bristle, rubber tooth, and combs too numerous to count... and he hates all of them.  I brush him everyday and it ahs always been a struggle.  I read about the Chris Christensen brushes and decided to try them.  They were very expensive ($25.00). but I was desperate... I opened the box and laughed as Jhonen literally danced around the floor on his hind legs.. he knew the package held some wonderful surprise for him.  That goes to show how spoiled this dog is!  LOL!  I ordered two "pin" brushes, a mini 20mm and a 27mm.  We sat on the couch and I first gently brushed his back... NO response, squirming or bolting away... I brushed his head and mustache... same thing!   Not only did he sit quietly for the brushing, he rolled over for me to do his stomach.  I still can't believe it...!  I don't know what is is about these brushes that make them so different from all the others we've tried.  I read that the pins are specially polished to be "non-scratching".  Anyway, he actually enjoyed the brushing... except for his legs... still a struggle brushing those.  I don't know if the company has a "satisfaction guaranteed" policy, but for those with bichons resistant to brushing, they might be worth a try.  By the way, I have no relation with the company, but I am so thrilled with these things, I thought you all might be interested.

I want to thank you for being open to listen to what a handler needs to make a dog look its best!!  Your new #003 buttercomb is fantastic.  I show Pomeranians and was never happy with any of the combs on the market because they pulled out too much hair on the double coated breeds.  I use your pin brush to thoroughly brush out the coat and around the lead.  I used to think that I had all the hair standing out like it should, until I used your comb I didn't realize that I hadn't even come close!  This comb with the wider distance between the teeth allows you to finish the job so that each hair stands up and gives the appearance that you have twice as much coat as before without pulling any coat out.  I use the wider end to bring all the hair that gets trapped under the lead up so that it stands off and gives a nice full look around the ruff and I use the narrow end to brush the hair around the face up so the face is full.  There is NOTHING ELSE LIKE IT!  And NO ONE ELSE LIKE YOU!  I thank you over and over again!!!

I have to tell you, not like you do not hear it all the time, how impressed I am with your products.  I ordered the White on White last month and was so impressed that I ordered the Ice on Ice and Black on Black.  I have two Australian Shepherds and the difference in just one bath had impressed me so much I honestly think I will order larger sizes to use on my pet grooms.  My black-tri bitch was so sun bleached, even with the use of sunscreen, your black on black took care of that with one bath.  I have also started using the Ice on Ice during my daily routine to prevent the dirt staining and the sun bleaching.

Dear Chris:

I just had to e-mail you to thank you for this wonderful product called "Peace and Kindness".  It was given to me by a substitute teacher.  She occasionally subs at Austin High School where I am a teacher aide there.

I was bitten by a spider on my left arm about 3 weeks ago.  I went to the doctor and he gave me antibiotics and penicillin.  The antibiotics gave me severe nausea and diarrhea.  I only took them for 4 days and then stopped.  Well, I did not feel I was healing properly; the doctor had to lance the spider bite; he then told me to put Neosporin and to cover it.  It was continuing to hurt and the area was red.

Just this past Friday, Sept, 26, 2003 Ms. Cohen, the teacher that gave me a the   "Peace and Kindness", I noticed that after about an hour of spraying the area, it was actually SHRINKING!!!  I was so STUNNED and AMAZED at the results.   She practically guaranteed me that I would start feeling better and that I would see amazing results.  I still had some doubts that it would shrink as dramatically as it has.  It is now Monday, September 29, about 5p.m. and the wound is 3/4 cleared up, with no redness, and I can see a scab forming now.

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR SUCH A WONDERFUL PRODUCT!!!  GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYS!!!
