How Gold on Gold Works

With Gold on Gold, we are depositing the same color spectrum as the breeds natural color and there are many different gold color pigments in Gold On Gold.  You don't have to be as careful with multi colored breeds with Gold On Gold.  When you have a breed such as a Golden Retriever use Gold On Gold all over the coat, it will not make the lighter colored furnishing look artificial, but will blend with beautiful shades.  But, say you have a tri-colored Canine, golden colored with white.  Wet down the canine and go in with White On White in the white areas and suds those areas up first, then proceed with Gold On Gold and apply to the golden areas.   If there is an overlap of the Gold On Gold into the white areas do not be concerned since you already have these areas suds up with White On White.  This method of application works with all Chris Christensen Systems color treatments.

FEATURES:
#1 Extraordinary cleansing ability and color deposit system in one application.

ADVANTAGES:
#1 Color pigment deposit system. Small molecular weight (tiny particles of color) that penetrates the top layer of the hair which is the cuticle or hair lens surface to the cortex without the use of harsh chemicals.
#2 Neutralizes unwanted stains that cleansing does not remove, or deposits wanted color tones.
#3 Does not stain the outer layer of the hair surface, thus allowing passage of light through the translucent hair surface to amplify gloss and colors.

BENEFITS:
#1 A semi permanent color that will not rub off on hands or clothing or for that matter a white towel, and lasts up to 4 weeks.
#2 Acid balanced to close and tighten the hair cuticle lens, amplifying color tones and gloss.

Gold on Gold is a Canine Color Revitalizing Treatment that is designed for the use on golden color canines to browns and tans.  When dealing with tri-colored white coats, apply White On White in the white areas first then go in with the Gold On Gold on the other colors, if you accidentally spill Gold On Gold into the white areas do not be concerned, since you already have the white areas suds up with White On White.
